Fatigue Test for Electric Scooters
We conduct fatigue tests for electric scooters before mass production for each new item,with test duration of 24 hours,test mile of 6214 miles(10,000 kilometers),and test load of 90 kgs.The fatigue tests aim to examine the durability of metal frame,plastic parts,all other components,and the matching performance of all parts.Thus we can find potential quality problems and risks beforehand and fix them all before the products enter into the markets.
